Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Associate for our Healthcare department in the firm’s our Indianapolis Office. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.

- Candidates must have a mix of healthcare related transactional and regulatory experience, including a working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus.
- Candidates must have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
- Indiana bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Indiana bar is required.
