IT Leader

MUST HAVES:

• 
  

  Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

  
  


• 7+ years IT experience with 3+ years focused on IGA or IAM


• 
  Hands-on technical experience with IGA/IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalents like Okta, MS Entra ID, Ping Identity).
  


• 
  Ability to operate “in the weeds” technically while also leading the strategic program
  


• 
  Strong knowledge of:
  




• 
  Identity lifecycle management
  


• 
  RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
  


• 
  SSO (Single Sign-On)
  


• 
  MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  


• 
  Active Directory / Azure AD
  




• 
  Scripting automation experience with PowerShell or Python (not as a full-time coder, but enough to understand/guide) 
  


• 
  Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS identity integrations.
  


• 
  Required experience with frameworks such as DFARS, CMMC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST
  


• 
  Previous leadership experience is required - excellent communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  

Salary:

$150K/Ann. to 165K/Ann.
