THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist to support the growth of Therapy 2000.
What You’ll Do As a Recruiter
What You’ll Do As a Recruiter
- From sourcing applicants to onboarding them as employees, you’ll drive the recruiting process within your division.
- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates; assist with scheduling subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and follow candidate through entire process.
- Organize and attend recruiting events at industry conferences and local/regional universities.
- Collaborate with local leadership to determine greatest hiring needs within the region.
- Source potential candidates through job seeker sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media.
- Achieve recruiting expectations/quotas that are set by management each quarter.
- Manage area of responsibility (if applicable) given to recruiter by Recruiting Manager.
- Attend local career fairs and work with local university programs to attract new graduates.
- Attend state conferences where OTs, PTs, and SLP's will be in attendance.
- Help train/mentor new recruiters that join Therapy 2000 if needed.
- Stay up to date with market changes and market providers in your area.

- Previous healthcare experience OR experience in a customer service and/or recruiting role.
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, printer, web browser).
- 3 years combined experience in outside healthcare sales and/or recruiting.
- Licensed healthcare professionals or assistants (RN, LMSW, SLP, PT, OT, STA, etc.).
- Previous experience in pediatric home health.
- Experience utilizing sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, etc)
