The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $27.00 to $30.00

Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.

About This Role:
Under general supervision, the Sales and Customer Engagement Coordinator assists with planning and hosts in person, virtual, and hybrid meetings for customers & the sales team and performs various administrative functions to assigned department.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks
- Assists in planning and producing customer events as well as meetings across most of the organization’s business units (in person, virtual, and/or hybrid) hosted in the US and internationally.
- Assists in maximizing the company’s ROI as it relates to customer fly-ins and other customer events. Reconciles expenses using Concur and provides analysis of total meeting expenses to Customer & Sales Engagement Manager.
- Participates in pre-meeting consultation, planning, and logistics and post-meeting follow-up and reporting. Assists with on-site responsibilities including proper set-up, registration, coordination, audio-visual testing, speaker management, and active participation of meeting planners.
- Utilizes existing tools to create and upkeep databases to ensure communication and achievement of department goals including follow-up communication and surveys with customers attending events.
- Ensures proper customer bios are submitted to product managers and interested parties. May be called on to assist leadership in presentation preparation and support tasks as necessary.
- Provides administrative support as needed, including preparation of personalized thank-you cards, ordering meals for meetings, ordering event supplies, arranging for guest gifts, creating name badges, and supporting vehicle maintenance tasks such as car washes and weekly gas fill-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relations and/or event planning.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in meeting/conference organization and in hotel and travel related service operations
- Proficiency in the use of computers required with a strong knowledge of computerized spreadsheets.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Requires ability to work under minimal supervision, to self-initiate activities, and to work within timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with meeting participants and individuals across the organization.
