SP Industries Inc. is expanding our team in Vineland, NJ and have immediate openings for a Decorator. In this role, the right candidate will be responsible for accurately marking volumetric graduations, applying decals, and ensuring the quality and compliance of laboratory glassware. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and collaboration with production and quality teams to deliver glassware that meets strict industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graduation & Calibration
- Accurately mark volumetric graduations on laboratory glassware such as beakers, flasks, and cylinders.
- Calibrate glassware using gravimetric or volumetric methods to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Inspect glassware to verify compliance with ASTM, ISO, or customer-specific standards.
- Apply decals, logos, and identification marks using heat-transfer or screen-printing methods.
- Align and position decals to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Conduct inspections for measurement accuracy, decal placement, and finish quality.
- Document calibration and decaling records for traceability and compliance.
- Report defects and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with glassblowers, production staff, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain tools and equipment used in graduation, silk-screening, and decaling processes.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments involving precision measurement.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency with templates, jigs, scales, micrometers, and calipers.
- Strong mathematical skills for standard calculations.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English reading and communication.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
