Position Summary
The Senior Vice President of Client Services will ensure exceptional delivery of our engagement solutions, deliver growth, retention, and satisfaction across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve measurable impact through innovative solutions. This role will report to the Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Client Services leaders.
- Oversee the design and execution of complex engagement programs across sales incentives, employee recognition, loyalty, and events.
- Leverage behavioral insights and analytics to optimize program performance and ROI.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement proactive strategies to address issues and improve service levels.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead the service recovery process as assigned by the Co-President & CRO when a key client has become dissatisfied with our service delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Unit teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and scalability across client services operations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or consulting within a B2B agency or enterprise environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale client relationships, ideally with Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of performance improvement, employee engagement, loyalty, or incentive programs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Base Salary Range: $225,000.00 to $250,000.00. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
