Description
- Time management while working in project(s)
- Ability to work with different studios
- Take ownership of projects from site feasibility through occupancy
- Be an active participant in Owner, City, or Developer meetings
- Create digital models and documentation sheets in Revit
- Participate in site visits involving construction observation or field measuring existing buildings
- Rendering Lumion quality images or building 3D models

- Bachelor of Architecture Degree (5 year) OR Bachelor of Science/Art in Architecture (4 year)
- At least one semester of prior internship experience in an architecture/design office including familiar with the traditional design process: SD, DD, CD, Bidding, Construction, etc.
- Ability to communicate ideas with words, drawings, presentations, or models
- Fundamental or intermediate level of Revit knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
- Preferred knowledge of Lumion and 3D printing
- Interest in growing your knowledge of the profession
