Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Two years of previous leadership experience
- Associates degree
- Previous hospital/physician's office experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Full Time Day
- Oversees and facilitates new provider onboarding completes IT and system access requests and general site orientation
- Completes initial provider templates and submits template change and PTO requests in collaboration with section chief
- Process forms or letter requests as needed
- Provide support services to facilitate family centered care
- Manages and responds to patient/caregiver inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manages provider expense reimbursement requests and time audits
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills that facilitate positive customer relationships and staff interactions
- Provides scheduling support as needed to address same day or emergent provider requests
- Initiates all patient calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Prioritizes duties and responsibilities and completes them accurately and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrates an ability to adapt to changing circumstances related to internal and external factors
- Provides coverage as required
- Orders and maintains practice supplies and equipment
- Other duties as requested by manager and providers
