Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

About The Role

NorthSight Recovery is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to ensure our facilities and equipment remain safe, reliable, and welcoming for staff and clients. This role performs a wide variety of maintenance tasks, oversees preventive maintenance schedules, supports housing and clinical teams, and helps manage vendors and contractors. The Coordinator also participates in on-call rotations and plays a key role in safety and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, mechanical, etc.).
  • Maintain safety systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and fleet vehicles.
  • Complete and track work orders using maintenance software.
  • Support housing, clinical, and operational teams with facility needs.
  • Assist with groundskeeping, meeting room setup, and organizational events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency facility needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational training a plus).
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • General knowledge of fleet management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License. No SR22 Restrictions.
  • This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive position.
  • Preferred: OSHA certification, HVAC/electrical/plumbing trade licenses.
