Job Summary:
As a Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide at Sunlight Senior Care, you’ll provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and dignity in their daily lives. Working under the supervision of a Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver compassionate, hands-on personal care, observe and report changes in client condition, and document all care provided. This is a meaningful role where your support makes a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
Support mobility and exercises per care plan
Take vital signs and assist with medications (with training)
Plan and prepare meals, help with feeding if needed
Keep living areas tidy and do light laundry
Offer companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow care plans and document services accurately
Requirements:
At least 19 years old
Completed HHA training and competency evaluation
Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
Strong work ethic, empathy, and good personal hygiene
Must pass skills and written competency tests (80% or higher)
Must be able to pass a thorough background check
