What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting personalized, high-impact family tours that convey Alpha's core commitments and build trust in our educational model.
  • Implementing proactive communication strategies to guide prospective families through the admissions process efficiently.
  • Ensuring rigorous safety and security protocols are followed to create a safe environment for students and families.
  • Managing all facets of facilities operations, including preventive maintenance, vendor relations, and repair management.
  • Regularly analyzing data to enhance process efficiency and improve enrollment results.

  • Being tied to monotonous administrative tasks or isolated departments.
  • Working under strict micromanagement that limits your creativity.
  • Dealing with bureaucratic hurdles that impede meaningful progress.
  • Focusing solely on paperwork, detached from the students and families you serve.

Enrollment Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a seamless, impactful admissions process while maintaining a safe, efficient campus environment, supporting Alpha's growth and commitment to families.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience in school admissions, engagement, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-initiative, and self-management skills.
  • Familiarity with or a willingness to learn school operations.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be available to work in person at one of these campuses: Santa Barbara, CA; Lake Forest, CA; Charlotte, NC; or Palm Beach, FL.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
