As a Patient Coordinator at our Minnetonka location, you’ll be the welcoming face of our med spa, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Front Desk & Patient Coordination
- Warmly greet patients in person and on the phone—setting the tone for a five-star experience
- Schedule consultations, injectable treatments, skincare services, and laser appointments
- Manage appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communication
- Present treatment plans, pricing, promotions, and financing options
- Guide new patients through paperwork, intake, and EMR documentation (Nextech)
- Communicate effectively with providers about patient goals and expectations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our EMR system
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold patient privacy protocols
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline operations
- Support promotions and events by answering inquiries and booking patients
- Assist with physical inventory counts of retail, injectable, and wellness products to ensure accurate tracking and replenishment
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing education to stay current with industry trends
- Represent Skin Artisans with professionalism, polish, and kindness every day
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or high-end customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; EMR experience a plus)
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and helping people feel confident
