The Digital Analyst I is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support digital operation needs.
What You Will Do
- Develop actionable analytics and communicate insights via visualizations and dashboards (infographics, dashboards, custom reports, and recurring reports)
- Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed. Manage users and user roles.
- Translate complex analysis into actionable intelligence and recommendations for management.
- Process confidential data and information with accuracy according to guidelines.
- Support targeted digital member engagement activities, including opportunities for product and process improvement with a focus on driving significant digital growth
- Document all data and reporting processes.
- Provide appropriate communications and status reports to management, team members and business lines.
- Trains end users on new reports and dashboards.
Education
- Associate's Degree in a quantitative field, like Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research, or other similar fields required or
- 3-4 years of additional relevant experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field preferred
- 1+ years experience extracting data from databases using SQL, using PowerBI or other data BI/visualization tools preferred
