About Your Role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a strategic partner in driving financial insight and decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance data workflows and reporting processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical proficiency in data visualization tools and a passion for continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Assist with other duties as assigned.


Financial Modeling & Forecasting

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers behind business performance.


Business Partnering & Decision Support

  • Work closely with leaders at all levels of the company to gather inputs, align assumptions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support ROI analysis, scenario planning, and business case development.
  • Deliver recommendations that connect financial outcomes to business strategy.


Reporting & Visualization

  • Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations that highlight trends and financial implications.
  • Use tools like Excel and Power BI to create visuals that simplify complex financial data.
  • Focus on financial storytelling — making sure leadership understands the “why” behind the numbers.


Process & Data Integrity

  • Streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of financial information across systems.
  • Recommend best practices to strengthen FP&A processes and outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years’ experience working in finance, accounting, business operations, or related environment with success in financial modeling and analysis
  • Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations; experience with MS Power BI DataRails strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Supervisory Responsibilities

The position does not have any regular responsibility for overseeing or supervising the work of other team members.
