We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electronic systems in areas such as power electronics, integrated circuits, and hardware. This role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and supporting design efforts that meet customer requirements and cost goals. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, interface with suppliers, and contribute to proposals and technical meetings.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electronic systems in areas such as power electronics, integrated circuits, and hardware. This role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and supporting design efforts that meet customer requirements and cost goals. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, interface with suppliers, and contribute to proposals and technical meetings.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, modification, and analysis of complex electronic systems, which may include hardware, power engineering, power electronics, electromagnetic engineering, integrated circuits, and components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing products or systems and implement necessary modifications. Compile and evaluate design and test data to support engineering decisions.
- Design, develop, analyze, document, and support the testing of products, systems, and subsystems.
- Utilize computer-aided engineering and design/analysis software to perform technical assignments. Interpret and incorporate customer specifications and requirements into designs, with an emphasis on cost-effective solutions.
- Provide input on budget, cost, and scheduling for design-related tasks.
- Identify, specify, and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services for integration into system designs.
- Ensure adherence to design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability objectives throughout the development process.
- Develop and test prototypes to mitigate technical risks and validate design approaches.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and customers as needed.
- Support the development of technical content for proposals and customer deliverables.
- Participate in relevant engineering, customer, and business meetings to support project and organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
- Familiarity with electronic system design, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Experience using industry-standard tools (e.g, SPICE, MATLAB, Altium, or similar)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
- Internship or project-based experience in hardware or power electronics (preferred)
