Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Spearhead our national facilities expansion by masterfully orchestrating new construction, renovations, and operational systems across our rapidly growing network
- Command a high-caliber team structure (SVP, VPs, and support staff) while maintaining complete P&L accountability
- Architect and implement comprehensive facility standards spanning procurement, security, IT infrastructure, and branded environments
- Pioneer next-generation AI-enhanced operational playbooks that streamline and accelerate our expansion capabilities
- Work directly with our founder while synchronizing efforts across legal, financial, and compliance teams to ensure flawless execution against critical deadlines
- Taking a passive advisory role - you're the decision-maker driving our expansion
- Focusing on isolated facility projects - your mission is building a scalable national network
- Maintaining legacy systems - you'll create cutting-edge, AI-enhanced operational frameworks
- Following the traditional playbook - you'll be setting the pace and direction of our growth

Basic Requirements
- Decade-plus professional track record
- Distinguished history of successfully executing multi-site, time-sensitive projects with significant real-world impact
- Proven leadership in nationwide/global facility development, including new construction and major renovation initiatives
- Substantial experience in large-scale retail development or facility maintenance programs where timing and standardization were crucial
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams with full P&L responsibility
- Superior analytical thinking, stakeholder relations, and communication capabilities
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, PE-backed environments with high autonomy and accountability
- Authorization to work in the US and capability to travel 25% of the time
- Prior success in scaling regulated businesses across multiple locations
- Professional background in educational, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities played a crucial role
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing AI-enhanced operational frameworks
