This job is for a non-profit school in Chandler, AZ providing education to children on the autism spectrum.

Our client is a 501(c)(3) school dedicated to providing individualized, research-based education and behavioral support to children with autism spectrum and related disorders. Responsibilities

  • Manage Intake for incoming families/clients
  • Design and implement behavioral assessments
  • Develop and implement clinical programs for individuals with autism
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Design and implement functional analysis procedures
  • Collect, analyze, and document data
  • Write behavior intervention plans and train staff
  • Lead parent trainings
  • Maintain skill acquisition and behavior reduction data

This is NOT a remote position – this is an on-site position in Chandler Office.

No Visa Sponsorship

Full Time – (Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 3:30 pm) | 40 hrs/week
