As a Therapeutic Mentor Supervisor II, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality services for youth and families in our Therapeutic Mentoring program.
- Provide ongoing clinical and administrative supervision to Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) staff
- Ensure staff deliver services in line with program specifications and standards
- Monitor productivity, compliance, and documentation quality for supervisees
- Support the Program Director with developing, implementing, and modifying procedures to maximize service effectiveness
- Facilitate regular TM team meetings to promote collaboration and growth
- Ensure clinically appropriate care is consistently provided to program participants
- Participate in intern and practicum training within the program
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field required
- Licensure at the independent level (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) required
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and families, preferably in community-based services
- Training or experience with child-serving agencies (DCF, DMH, DYS, DDS, DESE), family-centered treatment, and Wraparound planning strongly preferred
- Knowledge of CBHI services and the Therapeutic Mentoring service model preferred
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and a commitment to equity and inclusion
