Forget traditional EA roles—this is executive amplification at its highest level. As an Executive Business Partner, you'll architect and own the systems that transform a senior executive's capacity, creating exponential impact through strategic time and attention management.
This position blends sophisticated operational expertise with high-level problem-solving. One moment you're crafting boardroom-caliber communications from scattered thoughts, the next you're deftly handling complex logistics that would derail most professionals. Your mission: eliminate everything that doesn't require your executive's unique intellect.
At Trilogy, where exceptional builders and thinkers thrive, you'll operate within a private office environment free from bureaucratic constraints. With direct access to your principal, you'll serve as both gatekeeper and enabler—protecting their most precious resource: time.
If your background includes elevating C-suite executives, orchestrating operations for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, or building a reputation for making the impossible seem effortless, this role represents your next professional evolution.
What You Will Be Doing
Maximize an executive's effectiveness by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving comprehensive systems that safeguard their time, enhance their communication, and extend their operational reach across both business initiatives and personal matters.
Basic Requirements
