About The Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to independently deliver impactful insights projects. You will work closely with digital and business teams to develop, automate, and optimize business solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at business interaction, hands-on technical work, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do


  • Independently lead and deliver end-to-end data projects, in partnership with digital and business teams
  • Engage directly with business collaborators to gather requirements, communicate technical concepts, manage feedback and drive adoption through clear communication
  • Communicate business needs to cross functional teams including data engineering, BI developers and UX
  • Ensure delivery of solutions/products which can include mockup creation, dashboard development, insights reports etc
  • Handle sophisticated data manipulations, cleaning, integration, and standardization in Excel, SQL or other tools
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Stay current with applied business AI, automation and analytics technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
  • This role is an individual contributor with senior-level influence and project leadership responsibilities. Potential to lead direct reports in the future.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years’ experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, consulting, or related roles. Prior experience in real estate will be advantageous
  • Proven ability to independently deliver analytics and automation projects
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerQuery , proficient in Power BI, Snowflake, SQL. Experience/willingness to learn Python and Dataiku
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborator leadership skills
