Job Summary

We’re looking for a Digital Learning Media Designer to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you’ll create high-impact video content that drives both our training programs and learner communications. You’ll transform scripts into engaging e-learning videos using AI avatars and generative tools, while also producing short-form videos that announce programs, share updates, and amplify leadership messages.

This is a video-focused role with a creative edge. Most of your time will be spent designing, editing, and producing video assets, supported by your ability to create graphics and motion elements that make content more engaging, memorable, and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Produce e-learning videos with generative AI tools, avatars, and animation.
  • Design and edit training and communication videos that introduce learning programs, highlight key messages, and keep learners engaged.
  • Create supporting visuals (graphics, layouts, and motion elements) that elevate video content.
  • Edit and finalize video assets for professional polish, pacing, and impact.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project leads to turn learning goals into compelling video stories.
  • Apply brand guidelines and accessibility standards consistently across all media.
  • Organize and manage video workflows and media assets to keep projects on time and ready for deployment.
  • Support project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in video design, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
  • Experience producing video specifically for learning, training, or corporate communications is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with generative AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Understanding of motion graphics, animation basics, and audio editing.
  • Comfort with file management, asset organization, and publishing workflows for LMS or digital platforms.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and how video supports adult learning.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., captioning, color contrast, screen readability).
  • Knowledge of brand alignment and visual communication best practices.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with SMEs, Graphic Designers, and other members of cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to balance innovation with business needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and curiosity, especially around emerging tools like AI in media creation
