About The Role

Our work with enterprise health systems is evolving into transformational partnerships that bring the full power of our platform to life. We are seeking an Engagement Director to lead one of these relationships, working directly with health system executives to drive growth, alignment, and innovation across multiple product lines. This is not a coordinator role. This leader will become a deep expert on Commure’s platform, both technically and operationally, and act as an entrepreneur who takes full ownership for making our most transformational partnerships successful.

What You’ll Do

  • Own financial performance of the account (growth, retention, margin)
  • Drive execution against customer outcomes and measurable impact
  • Build trusted C-suite relationships that unlock long-term growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams with urgency and accountability
  • Dive into technical and operational details to shape solutions
  • Negotiate, expand, and ensure adoption across product lines
  • Codify learnings into playbooks for future enterprise partnerships

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-7 years background in strategy, consulting, or operating roles with clear accountability for results
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required, we value execution, growth, and business-building first
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence health system C-suites and internal leadership
  • Technical curiosity and comfort getting hands-on with product, integrations, and workflows
  • Entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and proven ability to deliver measurable impact
