HR Administration:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  
  

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  
  

Benefits & Payroll Support:

• Assist with benefits administration (enrollment, changes, and employee communication).
• Partner with payroll and finance to ensure accurate compensation and timekeeping.
• Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  
  

Culture & Engagement:

• Assist and update the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
• Help coordinate training sessions, recognition programs, and HR-related events.
  
  

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and offers.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, with generalist or broad HR exposure preferred.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience with recruiting platforms and HRIS (e.g., ADP, Rippling, Workday, or similar).
  
  

Compensation And Benefits:

• Compensation (i.e. Base Salary) is negotiable and shall be offered commensurate with experience.
• Expected Base Salary Range: $65,000 / year – $78,000 / year
