Job Description

This role combines hands-on software development with a user-centered design mindset to create applications that are visually consistent. It bridges the gap between design and development, translating design mockups and user research findings into a functional and visually appealing product. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to align on design decisions, provide technical feasibility feedback and to develop, refine, and implement seamless user interfaces and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to gather and interpret design requirements.
• Bring design concepts to life in Figma and maintain design consistency across our applications.
• Develop, iterate, and refine user interface designs that are modern, accessible, and aligned with our company’s branding and vision.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design implementation meets specifications and user needs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our enterprise design system, with an eye on innovations driven by AI and emerging technologies.
• Proactively identify UI/UX improvements to enhance usability and visual appeal for enterprise clients.
• Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, integrating **next-gen capabilities** into our applications.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $57,000 - $141,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
