Job Description
Location: Remote (East Cost, Southwest, Southeast, or Midwest Preferred)
The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead and assist the sourcing, strategic design, execution, and ongoing management of Ivy Rehab’s strategic partnerships with health systems, risk-bearing entities, physician groups, and other players in the healthcare ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. This is a newly created position which will play an integral role in positioning Ivy Rehab as a best-in-class healthcare partner and provider.

The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead and assist the sourcing, strategic design, execution, and ongoing management of Ivy Rehab’s strategic partnerships with health systems, risk-bearing entities, physician groups, and other players in the healthcare ecosystem. Key Objectives For This Position Will Include
- Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and management of strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures with players across the healthcare continuum, including hospitals & health systems, risk-bearing entities, physician groups, and digital disruptors within the musculoskeletal industry
- Identify, prioritize, and build a pipeline of actionable opportunities for strategic partnerships which will advance Ivy Rehab’s mission and strategic goals and create a win-win value proposition for partners
- Partner and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the healthcare industry
- Conceptualize and design strategic partnerships, inclusive of value proposition, financial arrangements, legal structuring, success scorecards, management processes, and integration methodologies
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to inform operational strategies and enhance service delivery
- Strategic Partnerships Experience: Minimum of 7 or more years of experience in strategic partnership, strategy, corporate development, and/or business development roles, with a demonstrated track record of designing and executing successful strategic partnerships and transactions in the healthcare space.
- Clinical Experience: Previous experience as a physical therapist is preferred but not required
- Health System Joint Ventures: Proven track record of developing joint ventures with health systems, which successfully advance the interests of both owners.
- Consulting / Transformation: Experience within management consulting and/or leadership of large transformational projects within a healthcare environment.
- Relationship Builder: Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and industry leaders, in order to achieve business goals. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with, and gain buy-in from, a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Drives Results: Has a strong bottom-line orientation. Visible and proactive leader with demonstrated ability to relate effectively to key colleagues at all levels to gain alignment around best practices and market priorities/opportunities that ultimately move the needle.
