Curant Health is searching for a Patient Engagement Team Lead to join its team in Smyrna, Georgia. Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to ensure the patient journey and patient experience is at the forefront of the department.
  • Provides inbound call support for call skills assigned. Provides outbound call support for assigned patients or for patients when coordinators are out of the office.
  • Handles “first” escalation calls transferred from coordinators or calls back escalation calls for patients who request this.
  • Available to take transferred calls from other departments and is responsible for supporting the Engagement coordinators' Internal call queues.
  • Assist with quality assurance review on coordinators' work produced to ensure work moving through the patient journey is free of errors when necessary.
  • Assist with documenting all errors discovered in the appropriate logs and provide real-time feedback to both coordinators and supervisors.
  • Proactively reviews trends in errors and provides mentorship to coordinators to improve overall quality.
  • Is accountable for managing inquiries sent daily via Medplan

Qualifications (Education And Experience)

  • Experience in a retail pharmacy environment is preferred.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative and excellent individual performance.
  • Must be registered (active unrestricted) Pharmacy Technician in the state in which work will be conducted.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, able to transcribe with accuracy. PIONEER RX software experience preferred.
