As Ossid's Customer Support Representative, you will contribute to the company’s success by participating in the growth and profitability of our Aftermarket/Service Team. The role works closely with various stakeholders to optimize price, cost, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide timely, accurate technical service quotations to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate, quote, and schedule field service trips; follow up on services performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as backup to Aftermarket Parts for parts sales management, including:
• Tracking and following up on outstanding parts quotations.
• Preparing and delivering parts quotations.
• Handling incoming sales requests and orders via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer-focused solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with quoting, customer service, or sales support preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM/ERP systems a plus.
• Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a diverse, dynamic, and rewarding role.
