ModCorr is seeking an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be an experienced professional who will work with team executives, management, and staff to ensure accurate and timely management of administrative functions for specific assignments. The position has direct responsibility for supporting the team and effectuating all activities required for managing and executing the delivery, organization, and maintenance of all required documentation and information as contractually required. Also required is daily interface with personnel at all levels to ensure communication among the team and with stakeholders, and enabling information flow relevant to the necessary parties relevant to the assignment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist the management team.
- Management of expense reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent etiquette.
- Assist with transcribing notes and documents.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain a presentable office space.
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Perform clerical duties to support office operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree (preferred)
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to think strategically and streamline tasks in an efficient manner.
- High degree of accuracy in work and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and database management systems such as SharePoint.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
- Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
- Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
- Quantitative/mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, standard measurements).
