Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote electrical services
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and current promotions
• Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into the CRM/system
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and call quotas
• Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery
  
  

Qualifications

• Required:
• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling and inside sales experience
• Strong phone sales and customer service background
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet performance targets
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in technical sales or service-based industries is a plus
• Experience working with CRM or sales tracking tools
