You'll work independently across our 5-county service area, providing repairs, maintenance, and solutions for roofs, siding, windows, and doors. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair roofing and exterior home systems.
- Sell, install, and maintain roof and siding repairs or replacements.
- Perform service work at residential job sites within a 5-county area.
- Clearly communicate service needs and solutions to homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and customer interactions.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (compliance with all applicable laws).
- Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, climb, work at heights, in tight spaces, and work in all elements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.
- Use of Construction software for time tracking, sales, notes, and photos
- Preferred:
- 2+ years of Residential Remodeling and Construction experience
- Prior installation and repair experience in residential exterior systems
- Including, but not limited to, Roofing, Windows, Doors, Gutters, and Siding
