Job Description:

  • Quality Review Inspection record produced by supplier for part submissions.
  • Read and verify all documents in the inspection records are submitted as per customer guidelines and ensure compliance for raw materials, components, finished products etc., from suppliers.
  • Ensures that the inspection records of components/products at the supplier (including spare parts and services) are produced according agreed specification and quality requirements (APQP / PPAP).
  • Job requires Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maintain compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry standards.
  • Review document to determine if special processes were used within the manufacturing of the part, confirm if proper validation was/needs completed.
  • Review Engineering drawings, specifications of parts, Raw Materials within the record and FAIR.
  • Verify the supplier qualifications from customer portals and regulations portals.
  • Drive quality and compliance development and/or improvement at suppliers when needed.
  • Liaise with Manufacturing Sites, Operations and customer Procurement personnel to proactively build quality and Provide timely feedback to the suppliers if any corrections.
  • The Job role requires associate to be capable of writing technical feedback in English.
  • Guide the supplier for uploading documentation or understanding Net-inpsect if needed.
  • Perform regular Audits on the auto approved inspection records.
  • Use of Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros, etc.) to manage data, build and maintain trackers, and analyze quality metrics.
  • Support customer requests by providing accurate and timely metrics and presentations.


Preferred Skills:

  • Quality-driven mindset with the ability to follow and improve structured workflows.
  • Familiarity with customer portals - Enovia and submission tools - Netinspect.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
  • Strong in GD&T and ability to understand and confer the drawings and validate documents.
  • Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of FAIR, APQP, PPAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge on key commodities like Sheetmetal, Fabrication, Hydraulics, Casting or Machining.


Software skills:

  • Net-inspect, Enovia, Citrix, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of up to 4 years of experience in establishing and maintaining regulated supplier management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and charts).
  • Ability to speak and communicate with suppliers in English
  • Must be US national or GC holder to perform ITAR tasks
