This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in the biotech or life sciences industry and be comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support our fast-paced hiring needs across multiple departments. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in the biotech or life sciences industry and be comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and facilitate feedback loops.
- Support offer development, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Greenhouse required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Hours: Full-time or part-time, depending on business needs
