  • What You’ll Do:**
  • Lead the achievement of critical goals across consumer and commercial analytics functions, driving measurable success.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, develop robust data solutions, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Clearly document and communicate system and analytics changes, translating complex technical information into accessible business language.
  • Validate key performance indicators and construct sophisticated queries to quantitatively measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to investigate and understand the underlying business causes of data anomalies and outliers.
  • Establish comprehensive data governance standards, from initial data ingestion processes to product dictionaries and thorough documentation.
  • Develop advanced SQL queries and compelling data visualizations to support both ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Organize and transform diverse information into comprehensible and impactful structures for various audiences.
  • Utilize data to forecast trends and perform rigorous statistical analysis, providing forward-looking perspectives.
  • Employ data mining techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets, identifying crucial correlations and patterns.
  • Proactively monitor data quality and implement processes to identify and rectify corrupt data, ensuring data integrity.
  • Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technologies, tools, and frameworks specifically designed for high-volume data processing.
  • Continuously improve existing processes through automation and the implementation of highly efficient workflows.
  • Design, build, and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Work autonomously, demonstrating initiative to identify, explore, and resolve complex problems.
  • Innovate by designing and building data and analytics solutions that directly support critical strategic decisions.
  • Champion standard methodologies in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modeling, validation, and documentation.
  • Independently manage and execute end-to-end analysis to inform product strategy, data architecture, and reporting decisions.
  • **Must-Have Qualifications:**
  • Extensive hands-on experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive expertise as a business/process leader or industry expert.
  • Alternatively, one of the following educational and experience combinations may be accepted:
  • PhD or Law degree + 8 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree + 9 years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s degree + 11 years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma + 12 years of relevant experience
