Job Description:

Note: The following statement reflects the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the job.

• Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables
• Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big-data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve and tune models, clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy
• Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with clear objectives in mind
• Implement analytical models in production by collaborating with analytics development teams
• Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out required integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Develops data modeling and is responsible for data acquisition, access analysis, archive requirements, recovery, load design and implementation.
• End-to-end data lifecycle management activities, evaluating and recommending new and emerging data management and storage technologies.
• Designs and implements data integrations, processes and systems to monitor data quality.
• Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues
• Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of front-end visualization (including dashboards), automated report solutions and other BI solutions to support tactical and strategic reporting needs for ACH/OAD
  
  

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent technical field from an accredited college or university
• 2 plus years of experience in data management, reporting or analytics-based work
• 2 plus years of experience in Health Care, Public Sector or related informatics field, performance management, or analysis with strong database SQL skills
• 3 plus years of experience with .Net, C#, SQL, Python and/or Java programming languages
• 2 plus years of experience with data schema design and dimensional data modeling
