Under the general direction of nursing leadership and with provider collaboration and guidance, the Registered Nurse CC utilizes evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and policies and procedures of Hartford Healthcare Medical Group in a Campus Care setting. This position facilitates care for a varied population of patients, which includes nursing standards of practice to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
- One year of experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience as a licensed registered nurse.
- Registered Nurse, State of CT
- Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Additional certifications may be required in specific specialties
- Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.
