The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in adult education, instructional design, and talent management, with a passion for developing effective training programs that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred. Must have at least 7 years of progressive corporate training experience focusing on company-wide training to improve the skills of all levels of employees and management. Must have experience providing training mandated by State and government employment laws.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver corporate training programs such as New Hire Orientation, workplace sexual harassment prevention, Emergency and safety Training, Soft Skills Training, Customer Service Training, Management Training, Interviewing, Conducting Performance Reviews, Disciplinary Action, Coaching, and Motivation.
- Develop and coordinate a training plan for the Career Ladders and Mentoring Program.
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing various media.
- Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities, including a Management Career Development Certified Training Program.
- Develop and maintain company communications, such as bulletin boards and newsletters, to ensure employees are informed about training events and general information.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and order training supplies for employee training events.
- Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
