Salary: $93,750-$125,000

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a related role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and ensure that the product development team is focused on delivering the highest impact item
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Creative Agency Experience or worked closely with agency. This candidate needs to have a creative mind as they will be reviewing assets and copy
- Team member will need to review current process and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience in working with multiple different levels of business unit and effectively cross communicate
- Web development and SEO experience would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, computer science, or business
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure that the product development team has a clear understanding of the product vision, goals, and requirement
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders
- Ensure that the product development team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives and is working on the highest priority items
- Continuously evaluate and prioritize the product backlog based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Act as the voice of the customer and ensure that the product development team is focused on delivering a high-quality user experience
- Track and report on key product metrics, including product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction
