Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Galveston, TX – Up to $2,850/WK!

13-Week Contract | Monday–Friday Schedule | No Weekends or Holidays

Job Description:

As a Travel Cath Lab RN, you will provide expert care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You’ll collaborate with physicians and technologists to ensure safe and effective patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and related procedures
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient documentation
• Operate and maintain specialized monitoring equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards
• Provide patient education regarding post-procedure care and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  
  

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active RN License in Texas or Compact State
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• CVRN II certification required
• Minimum 3+ years of Cath Lab nursing experience
