We are seeking a Carrier Sales Director who is located in the south central US, Florida or Texas.
The Carrier Sales Director will lead the carrier sales strategy, driving revenue growth by building and managing strategic partnerships with telecommunications carriers, ISPs, and network service providers. This role is critical to expanding our connectivity solutions for edge data center services and ensuring seamless integration with carrier networks. Responsibilities And Duties

Responsibilities And Duties
- Carrier Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive carrier sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's network connectivity offerings for edge data center services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key telecommunications carriers, ISPs, and network service providers to secure high-value partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating carrier agreements, and expanding existing accounts in the edge computing, cloud, and 5G markets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing carrier sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate complex carrier agreements, including pricing, SLAs, and contract terms, to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and alignment with company objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, loT, edge computing) to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, network engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of connectivity solutions and alignment with customer needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for key carrier clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Oversee sales performance metrics, manage pipeline activity, and provide accurate revenue forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote edge data center solutions and enhance brand visibility.
