We're Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (Full-Time | 100% Onsite | Tuscaloosa, AL)
Looking to make a real impact through workflow automation and process improvement? Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst at our Tuscaloosa branch!
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the bank to:
Lead workflow/process improvement initiatives
Gather and document functional requirements
Perform UAT & regression testing
Support data accuracy and reporting
Explore new tools and AI solutions to enhance operations
What we’re looking for:
2+ years in a Business or Systems Analyst role
Skilled in Visio, Excel, Word — and solid SQL knowledge
Detail-oriented with strong documentation & testing skills
Experience in banking/financial services is a plus
