Who you are: We are looking for a results driven leader to become part of our team. This hands-on leadership position will have resources provided in US, India, and future countries. The responsibility is to develop and execute the business strategy with components that include business development, sales, staff management, product/service offering development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Will lead a team of JD Edwards professionals to ensure the effective implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining high standards of performance
• Has 10+ years of experience, implementing, upgrading, and managing JD Edwards technical environments utilizing technologies such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or iSeries
• Has recent experience leading and guiding the successful implementation(s) of moderately complex and large-scale Oracle projects
• Will be an existing leader in a consulting firm that delivers Oracle EBS / JD Edwards / Fusion / Cloud / NetSuite products & services

What will you be doing? We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual who can execute business strategy to successfully achieve the financial goals for the company.

You must have experience and be comfortable working with all levels of team members across ennVee. You are adept at identifying and applying solutions to complex problems.

• Oversight and partnership with project managers / delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget; escalate and resolve issues with vendors and third parties as needed
• Lead Business Development Efforts by identifying new business opportunities within the JD Edwards install base, developing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships to close new consulting services engagements
• Strategy and Alignment of the practice by translating complex client business requirements into robust and scalable JD Edwards solution architectures, including roadmaps for upgrades and re-implementations
• Drive innovation by implementing automation, JD Edwards Orchestrator, and advanced analytics into logistics technology solutions
• Build Relationships with Clients by understanding their needs and expectations, and working with the team to deliver high-quality services that meet those needs
• Problem Solving Ensure system performance, regular patching, compliance, and best practices across JD Edwards, WMS, ServiceNow, and related platforms
• Manage Resources and Budgets effectively, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, fostering continuous learning and professional development
  
  

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required
• 10+ years in IT, with 7+ years leading IT technical teams and managing complex projects
• A strong understanding of JD Edwards technology stack, development tools and ERP integrations
• A proven ability to design and architect comprehensive ERP solutions
• An ability to approach technical challenges with a strategic mindset and understand the intersection of business and technology
• Be able to scope, plan, and manage JD Edwards CNC for implementations, upgrades, and Managed Services engagements.
• Have previous experience working in an IT consultancy environment
