What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations of a mid-sized residential community, ensuring smooth and efficient property management.
- Assist with leasing, tours, application processing, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Process rent payments, monitor delinquencies, and support collection efforts.
- Maintain accurate tenant files, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely repairs and property upkeep.
- Contribute to marketing, renewals, and resident retention programs.

What It Takes
- 3+ years of property management or leasing experience.
- Strong understanding of property management operations, including leasing and rent collection.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working with residents, vendors, and staff.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
