Genesis10 is seeking a Process Lead/Business Analyst for a 1 year contract position with our retail services client in Lakeville, MN. Hybrid model Tuesday-Thursday in office.

Compensation: $65.00 - 80.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.

Summary:

This resource will be the primary Process Lead for the Supply Chain Transformation Phase 2 initiative. This role will support a large multi-year program, which will be implemented in waves at our grocery and pet manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. The first implementation sites are planned for NC, PA, and CAN.

Travel required: Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for site visits, workshops, design review, etc.

Responsibilities

Program Information: Program Name: Supply Chain Transformation Phase 2 - Production Scheduling

  • High-level scope: Sunsetting legacy business processes and technologies that support the following business processes and capabilities:
  • Production campaign planning: Sunsetting Logility MP and supporting requirements to enable configuration of Maestro (DSP tool) to support integrated processes.
  • Production line scheduling: Sunsetting Cosmos (homegrown app) and implementing PlanetTogether.
  • Plant line maintenance mix management: TBD - may sunset Cosmos and build in JDE or another tool.
  • Work order management - Generation of work orders sunsetting Cosmos (homegrown app) and implementing PlanetTogether.
  • Other scope considerations to be evaluated:
  • Integration with Manufacturing Execution System and processes
  • Integration with Transportation system (for outbound deployment planning)
  • Integration with MRP (assumption is MRP will receive signals from PlanetTogether, but engine will remain in JDE)
  • Rough cut capacity planning
  • Consumption of supply plan into PlanetTogether

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of business analysis and process design/process engineering experience (CBAP preferred)
  • Responsible for eliciting and documenting E2E business requirements.
  • Responsible for partnering with IT to compile a comprehensive list of RICEF components for development and implementation. (reports, interfaces, data conversions, workflows, etc.)
  • Collaboration with IT to review and align on functional specifications in preparation for build phase.
  • 5+ years business process mapping experience using MS Visio
  • 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing processes and systems, ideally in a Client food company, (specifically production scheduling), PlanetTogether Advanced Planning and Scheduling (Client) experience a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience developing testing approaches, and architecting test scenarios for E2E processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including working with IT on system changes and integration to support the E2E process design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
