Our client is a Brazilian company that operates as an ecosystem of tire solutions, combining technology, logistics, and innovation to transform the mobility experience in Brazil and abroad.


Daily Duties & Responsibilities:


Operations and Logistics Support

  • Review and manage signed invoices from delivery and pickup clients.
  • Confirm receipt of payments and update administrative records in Salesforce.
  • Support drivers with operational needs.
  • Ensure the logbook and route spreadsheets are regularly updated.
  • Manage and monitor fuel expenses and ensure budget compliance.


Customer Service and Office Operations

  • Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process payments and send payment links.
  • Oversee incoming payments, cash flow, and check deposits, ensure they are processed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure regular updates and planning based on the spreadsheets shared with the Finance Department.
  • Oversee operations at SNAP FINANCE, managing client credit applications, processing documentation, and ensuring timely completion of financing procedures.
  • Provide support for Alysson and Dani as required.


Accounts Payable, Budget Management & Finance Support

  • Enter daily expense transactions in SAP for both U.S. branches, and all U.S. corporate credit card charges, submitting them according to system deadlines.
  • Verify and organize invoices and receipts for accuracy and budget adherence.
  • Analyze budgets and reallocate funds as needed.
  • Ask for payment provisions when needed and track operational spendings.
  • Coordinate with Dani payment processes and monitor deadlines.
  • Maintain documentation and records for all payments.
  • Organize purchase requests and manage the vendor database.
  • Ensure procurement complies with internal budget policies before sending them to approval.
  • Follow up on approvals to ensure timely payment of all expenses.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and financial reports for cross-departmental use.
  • PEX expenses control.


Warehouse and Facility Support

  • Monitor and manage supply inventory to prevent shortages.
  • Manage quotations and help to coordinate the hiring of services for facility maintenance.


E-commerce Support

  • Enter and track freight invoices related to U.S. e-commerce operations, ensure timely provisioning of payments.


HR Support

  • Provide support to the HR department by ensuring all necessary timecard adjustments are completed.
  • Act as the HR point of contact for U.S. operations, providing necessary support with the payroll platform.
