What You’ll Do
Enter and manage customer orders in our SAP CRM system with accuracy
Track orders through every stage, ensuring smooth completion
Respond to customer questions on orders, products, shipping, and returns via phone and email
Keep workflows efficient and error-free
Build strong customer relationships with proactive, solution-oriented communication
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong customer-first mindset and positive attitude
High attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Dependable transportation and punctuality
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
Pay & Benefits
$18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM daily
