Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional, to join our Global Regulatory Liaison Office. The candidate will play a vital role in the management of regulatory intelligence to apprise executive leadership and the firm’s Board of Directors on global regulatory insights and aggregated regulatory risk. The Regulatory Intelligence VP will be responsible for the collection, distillation, and analysis of regulatory intelligence derived from multiple internal and external sources. Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority are required.

The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from office (4 days per week) and home (1 day per week). Main posting location is Boston, MA, but we are also open to hire in Clifton and Princeton, NJ; Stamford, CT; Quincy, MA; Berwyn, PA; Atlanta, GA;

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of integrated processes to identify, tracking and disseminating cross-regulator intelligence, verifying data accuracy and integrity
  • Developing and enhancing regulatory intelligence reports on a global and regional basis
  • Engaging with global colleagues to aggregate regulatory intelligence on top risks and regulatory strategy, preparing time sensitive reports and correspondence as needed
  • Assisting in the implementation and management of systems and tools to centralize interaction tracking and information capture, collaborating with appropriate teams across the firm to achieve team goals
  • Handling sensitive information with great discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency


Education And Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in financial services in any of the following disciplines: Compliance, Audit, or equivalent work experience

Salary Range

$110 000 - $177 500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
