Seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a Michigan-based law firm specializing in personal injury and wrongful death claims. This immediate, full-time, on-site role involves representing clients in court, preparing and filing motions, handling trials and depositions, and working closely with clients to build strong cases. The firm also provides services in medical provider claims, commercial litigation/transactions, and serious criminal matters.

- Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf during trials and depositions.
- Prepare and file legal motions and other court documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop strong case strategies.
- Work closely with clients to gather evidence, provide guidance, and build compelling cases.
- Manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with team members as needed.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Michigan.
- Proficiency in law, court representation, and legal procedures.
- Experience preparing and filing motions.
- Skilled in handling trials and depositions.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Prior experience in personal injury and medical provider matters is a plus.
