Swickard Collision Center is looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Anchorage!
Estimator Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Examining damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage.
- Write accurate estimates using CCCone estimating system.
- Create repair orders, order parts and manage files in Profitnet management system.
- Serve as the communication point between customer, insurance and in-shop technicians.
- Provide great communication and service in order to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Must be knowledgeable about the Direct Repair Program (DRP) requirements.
- Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with customers and insurance companies in a friendly and professional manner.
- 2+ years collision estimating experience required
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
