SHIFT: 3pm - 11pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure high standards of care for residents.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of NJ.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
