Este puesto es híbrido y requiere al menos 3 días presenciales. El horario se definirá una vez finalices con éxito el proceso de capacitación e integración.

Ofrecemos flexibilidad en el horario laboral, pero esperamos que nuestros terapeutas logren equilibrar las necesidades de sus clientes con su propio bienestar. Debido a la alta demanda de sesiones entre 3:00 p.m. y 9:00 p.m. entre semana o fines de semana (sábados/domingo), es importante contar con disponibilidad en estas horas pico para tener éxito en el puesto.

Experiencia y calificaciones deseadas

  • Maestría en ciencias del comportamiento o un campo relacionado, de una universidad acreditada, y estar en proceso de obtener licencia en el área correspondiente
  • De preferencia, contar con licencia vigente de salud mental en el estado de Nueva Jersey
  • Experiencia trabajando con niños, adolescentes, jóvenes y/o adultos
  • Experiencia en trabajo con parejas, familias, trauma, abuso de sustancias y/o en el entorno escolar
  • Conocimiento general de servicios de terapia, recursos comunitarios, facturación de seguros y experiencia previa con documentación clínica

Responsabilidades principales

  • Evaluar y diagnosticar problemas de salud mental y conductual, diseñar e implementar planes de tratamiento, y completar documentación continua (incluyendo diagnósticos adicionales, revisiones de planes y notas clínicas) según la política de la organización
  • Ofrecer un servicio de calidad y colaborar con un equipo dinámico para fortalecer la misión de apoyar a la comunidad
  • Diseñar intervenciones creativas que ayuden a los clientes a lograr y superar sus objetivos
  • Preparar y presentar documentación clínica individual por cada sesión
  • Coordinar servicios con trabajadores sociales, familias, personal escolar, médicos, otros terapeutas de la oficina y demás profesionales cuando sea necesario
  • Participar activamente en reuniones y capacitaciones clínicas del equipo
  • Y claro, contar con buen sentido del humor siempre será un plus!

We are hiring therapists from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre-licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board approved clinical supervision credentials.

Our goal is simple, we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days in person. Your hours will be discussed once you complete training and onboarding satisfactorily.

Minimum Requirements: LPC, LMFT or LCSW

We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Given the high demand for sessions between 3 PM – 9 PM on weekdays and/or a Weekend day, success in this role requires availability during these peak hours, at least 3 days in office.

Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, performance bonuses and more). They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.

Desired Experience And Qualifications

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
  • Prefer candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of New Jersey license
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
  • Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
  • Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

Responsibilities Include

  • Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Sense of humor will undoubtedly help as well!
